WHO SHIPS YOUR ORDER?
We use GLS courier service to deliver all European orders. For non-European orders we use DHL and EMS delivery.
Delivery time for products on stock:
Bulgaria – next day
Europe – 3-6 days
Rest of World – 9-12 days
PRODUCTS IN STOCK AND DELIVERY TIME
We keep a large stock of most of our products which allows us to offer very fast dispatch. For products that are not in stock, you will find delivery time information on their page. We guarantee that if you purchase such a product and pay for it by bank transfer it will be delivered to you at the time specified. In cases where a product is not in stock and you choose the option to pay for it on its delivery, Notsi Ltd. does not guarantee the delivery time specified and reserves its right to delay this order.
RETURNS (EU only)
If you purchase from Notsi Detectors by phone & internet you have the right to return any goods. You must return the goods in unused condition, at your cost, within 7 days from their receipt. The company will refund the value of the goods as long as they are returned suitably packaged, in unused condition, and in their original packaging. Unused means you never have opened and switched on the device. If the goods are used in any way they will be deemed accepted. All prices are in EUR.
Any orders placed with Notsi Detectors will be converted from EUR into your currency by your credit card company when they process the transaction. Please remember that currency rates change all the time and even the online currency conversion rate displayed here may differ to the rate when your transaction is processed by your credit card company.
DUTIES & TAXES
Any duties or taxes payable on purchase of Notsi Detectors products are the sole responsibilty of the purchaser. If the purchaser refuses to pay any duty/tax, it is then their responsibility to pay all shipping costs for the return of the item(s).
